With over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience, John brings a wealth of knowledge to Gravity Lending. He began his career as a commercial banker, analyzing businesses and their strengths and weaknesses, which became a springboard to owning and running many varied businesses of his own. He is an Austin native, and grew up on his family’s working cattle ranch just north of the city. John’s banking and business experience bring a unique, hands-on perspective to Gravity Lending. In his free time John enjoys traveling and playing with his grandchildren.

With almost 30 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience, Brian Jones has led Gravity Lending into double-digit annual growth and profitability. Combining a strong sales culture, effective leadership, technology and a seamless customer experience Brian has led Gravity Lending to be one of the fastest growing fintech companies in the nation.

Holly Gleason brings almost 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with her to Gravity Lending. With her vast knowledge in consumer lending, she knows the importance of building trust and having excellent communication with clients. Working with financial institutions nationwide, Holly has built an impressive list of lenders who work with Gravity Lending to offer our clients the lowest rates and best terms possible. When she isn’t working Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.

Tommy brings 20+ years of experience in system design, development and implementation in Digital Marketing as well as serving a lead role in a major broadcasting SaaS platform servicing Homeland Security, Presidential Elections and the Financial Sector. Tommy currently oversees the driving force behind Gravity Lending to bring consumer satisfaction in to the future and beyond! Tech geek by day, musician and family man the rest of the time, he loves spending time with his family, walking the dog and generally being goofy.

Mark brings almost 20 years of IT experience and management skills. He focuses his efforts on ensuring all electronic transactions are completed securely and quickly. Mark thrives working in our fast-paced environment and keeping up on the latest technology trends. Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his family.
